Hi, I’m Brianna.

I help leaders build healthy organizations.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with leadership teams across government agencies, universities, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and private companies, facilitating the kinds of conversations that shape how teams lead and work together.

Whether I’m guiding a strategic planning session, coaching an executive through a complex challenge, or facilitating a leadership workshop, my goal is the same: help leaders think clearly, lead intentionally, and build stronger teams.

I’ve facilitated over 1,000 workshops —from small team sessions to large leadership programs—helping organizations navigate change, strengthen culture, and align around what matters most.

A lot of my work incorporates CliftonStrengths, a powerful framework that helps individuals and teams better understand how they naturally think, lead, and contribute. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I’ve seen how transformative it can be when people gain language for their strengths and clarity around how they show up in a team.

Before becoming an independent consultant, I served as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Director of Learning & Development within a consulting firm, partnering with organizations to design leadership programs, facilitate strategic initiatives, and guide teams through complex challenges.

I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Communication, and I’ve spent my career helping leaders and organizations grow through intentional development.

At the end of the day, I believe something simple:

Culture isn’t accidental. Leaders shape it.

And often, the conversation that changes a culture starts with a single honest question.
