Welcome.

I am a strengths coach, workshop facilitator, and a herbal tea fanatic. For the past ten years I have studied people, leaders, and the power of compelling stories.

My love for people, healthy leadership, and compelling stories started when I was a little girl. If you’re around me long enough, you’ll likely hear how this love developed. But for now, I’ll just give you a quick glance into how it’s led me the past decade.

In 2013 I kicked off my college experience at Harrisburg Area Community College where I jumped two feet into a world of long essays and persuasive speeches. Two years later, armed with my associate degree and several unconvinced “you can do this” self-pep talks, I transferred to Cornell University. There I completed my bachelor’s degree in communication.

After graduating, I joined a strategic consultancy in my hometown (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) where I became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and created culture development programs for clients. I managed several accounts, built internal programs, and eventually became the Director of Learning and Development after four years in the company.

I worked closely with leaders and employees in several industries. I saw the good, the bad, and the downright ugly of business leadership. But I also saw how a simple conversation, a single story, or one piece of advice can change someone’s entire trajectory.

At the beginning of 2022, I became a self-employed strengths coach, workshop facilitator, and speaker. Now, the clients I work with span a variety of verticals some of which include government, construction, property management, marketing, senior care, electrical services, and the nonprofit sector.

My journey so far hasn’t been long. But one thing is for sure… people and stories have shaped my life.

I certainly don’t have all the answers. But it’s amazing what the right question can unlock.

My desire to see people and teams empowered to go beyond what they thought was possible is what drives my work today.
