Workshop & Keynote Topics

  • “What would happen if we thought about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?” This question, posed by Donald Clifton, founder of Gallup StrengthsFinder, is the basis for this strengths-based approach to leadership and development. This workshop dives into individuals’ custom reports to analyze what they naturally do well and provide actionable items for further growth both personally and within a team dynamic.

  • Conflict in and of itself is not bad. In fact, if you never have conflict within your organization, you are falling short of your potential. However, unresolved conflict can quickly undermine the hard work leaders put into building a healthy culture. This workshop looks at the differences in individual hardwiring, why two people can look at the same situation but see two very different things, and how to handle those situations.

  • If you want to grow, you have to own your own development. In this workshop, learn four keys that every leader needs to succeed. With a focus on embracing failure and understanding behaviors, this workshop will grow both your rising and veteran leadership teams.

  • What is the most common type of growth and development in the workplace? While it can look like climbing the corporate ladder, more often than not, it's intentional growth within our roles. This workshop explores the nuances of horizontal growth.

  • Empower your leaders to better give and receive feedback. Studies show that vulnerability and the freedom to give and accept feedback is a key indicator of a thriving culture.

  • The Connection workshop applies a strengths-based approach to looking at how employees can both connect with one another and celebrate each other’s successes.

  • We all have stories of a colleague or boss who was a nightmare to work with because they simply lacked emotional intelligence (EQ). It’s your job to make sure you don’t give someone else a story of their own. In this workshop, you will learn the four components of EQ and how you can intentionally develop each.

  • No two people can effectively lead the exact same way. In this workshop, we explore how your Top 5 Strengths provide a clear path for you to grow your leadership abilities in the four critical functions of any successful leader: building trust, showing compassion, creating stability and offering hope.
